Excellent canned salmon!
Wild caught no added salt great price. Great flavor too.
Bones and skin are pretty normal in canned salmon and mix right into a salad. A source of calcium actually. And Omega 3 oil is highly recommended.
Add some herbs and lemon juice (and maybe even a little salt) some fine chopped sweet onions some fresh garlic ... have a feast!
I don't buy many canned or other prepared foods because of the high salt and other additives so this is great to find! I notice this company also carries no salt added tuna - also a great price.

Lo Sodium Sardines
I have been purchasing Reese Skinless & Boneless sardines for several months. These sardines come neatly packed approximately 5 to a can. They have always tasted fresh with no fishy taste. As an added bonus they are low in sodium only 45mg/can. Most canned sardines are high in sodium. The sardines are good eaten right from the can or in a sandwich with tomatoes or scallions. Sometimes I add a small amount of olive oil as the fish can be a tad dry. Excellent sardines.

boooyah
These sardines are fantastic - probably why they stopped offering them. Actually they spoiled me from regular sardines; after you eat these the skin and tails and bones of regular sardines tend to make you quesy. These have a mild flavor so even if you don't like sardines you may changer your opinion after these...
I eat them one tin per day at work - much to the dismay of my co workers. Then I crumble some whole wheat crackers and spices into the fish oil and olive oil left over let it absorb and chug it down! Omega-3 fatty oils protien and olive oil! You cannot go wrong and here in Butler (30 miles N. of Pittsburgh) Giant Eagle charges 2.99 per tin...so you save as well.
Eat. Get Healthy. Annoy your weak-stomache co-workers (smak your lips smile sigh as you eat). Can you go wrong? I think not.

Best canned tuna out there
Unless you're a health nut tuna in olive oil is almost always preferable to that in water. And Genova is the best of the normally priced ones. (there are some super-expensive imported brands in a jar but they cost as much as fresh tuna) For a quick meal I like to open a can over a salad mix complete with the oil then add some fresh lemon juice salt and pepper and that's it! A quick delicious healthy meal.
